TheFitConnection was founded and is run by fitness professionals Paul Harvey and Donna Milazzo. Paul and Donna are widely known for their intense focus, superior training, dedication and professionalism. When you train with The Fit Connection, you are training with experts who truly care about seeing you succeed!




About Paul
Paul is a nationally certified personal trainer and former bodybuilding champion. A longtime fitness enthusiast, Paul is dedicated to helping others reach their personal fitness goals. Paul is an avid cyclist and is also a former Mr. Virginia and Teenage National Bodybuilding Champion. He has been featured in magazines such as Musclemag International, Ironman Magazine, Muscle Training Illustrated, NPC Physique News, Le Monde du Muscle, Ironman Japan and on ESPN's Muscle Magazine fitness show.

Paul trains men and women of all ages, of all ability and fitness levels. Paul is an extremely versatile and focused trainer with over 20 years of experience who utilizes any and all training methods to help his clients reach their goals including: weight training, stretching, sport specific training, core training, plyometrics, cardiovascular training, balance training, isometric work, kickboxing, sports conditioning, and powerlifting.

When you train with Paul you are his number one priority! Paul's only focus is to get you where you want to go!

About Donna
Personal training and physical fitness is not just a career for Donna Milazzo, it is a profound personal devotion. By witnessing loved ones suffer from Diabetes and Heart Disease, Donna realized her desire to help others achieve healthier lifestyles and in turn, prevent illness and disease. Donna not only helps her clients achieve their physical fitness goals, but also trains clients for success in sporting events like tennis and marathon running. Donna is nationally certified; has extensive training in Pilates, Sports Conditioning, and nutrition; and remains at the forefront of the industry's research, techniques and information.

Donna trains men and women of all ages, of all ability and fitness levels. Donna is an extremely versatile and focused trainer with over 15 years of experience who utilizes any and all training methods to help her clients reach their goals including: weight training, stretching, sport specific training, core training, plyometrics, cardiovascular training, balance training, isometric work, pilates, sports conditioning, and powerlifting.
